and uplift their audiences. Stowe Dailey & Karen Taylor Good. Together, they are StoweGood!

Stowe Dailey is a singer-songwriter and best-selling author and recent cancer survivor. She co-wrote the hit song, Long Time Comin’ for the group, Shenandoah. Her album, Angel Chants, was the sound track of Angel Stories, featured on T.L.C. She has co-authored five books, including her latest book, Flying High, where she shares her journey through cancer. “I am blessed beyond belief,” Stowe says. “I do what I love and love what I do. Karen and I are both grateful messengers who remind others of their magnificence and urge them to be who they were born to be.”

Karen Taylor Good is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter-author with numerous radio hits by Patty Loveless, Laura Branigan, Melissa Manchester, to name a few. Named Songwriter of the Year for the Patty Loveless hit, How Can I Help You Say Good-bye, she’s been the voice behind national jingles for United Airlines, Taco Bell, McDonald's and she’s recorded with Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson & Kenny Rogers. Karen says, “I am SO excited by the unbelievable songs that are being gifted to me and Stowe. Some of them have healed MY heart, others were especially written for YOU. We can’t wait to share them!”

Individually, they are powerful singer/songwriter/authors

Together, they are “Just Like Buttah”!

Stowe and Karen met in the early 90s, and wrote one (very silly!) song together. By the mid 90s, in spite of having written hit songs for pop and country artists, each felt a calling outside of the commercial music industry. And, as they individually answered that call, they lost touch.
Fast forward to 2010. Stowe, tired of writing alone, was praying for a special co-writer–one who was open to exploring different genres of music, and one who shared her sensibilities and her point of view.

Karen was also praying for a sister – a musical soul mate – someone to reignite her passion for writing and performing.

Their prayers were answered when they saw one another at a musical event, and decided to try writing song #2!

Forty + songs later, they were having SO much fun singing and playing together in their writer’s room, they said, “why keep it to ourselves?”

And, Voila! StoweGood was born!
